What is the weight limit on my roof?
I have a Wildcat Sterling 32RL, I am wondering what is the weight limit on my roof? Would like to put uv protectant on before winter but not sure about the weight limit.

You can walk on it. At a plant tour I seen 3-4 workers on them at a time. If it has a ladder attached better yet. Just don't go to a Nascar race and have a party on it watching the race.

IMO, the more limiting factor is the 300-pound limit on that shaky-twig of a ladder on the back. I hate that thing.

All Wildcats are built with "walk-on" roofs. There's 3/8" decking over the ceiling rafters and the slide room roofs are 2" thick lamination (same as outer walls). We make them this way so you (or your dealership) can do the necessary maintenance and/or service needed to keep your RV roof intact over time!

Are you saying that you can walk on the slide roofs?

While I don't recommend having a party on any part of your Wildcat roof , the slide rooms are built using our vacuum-bonded lamination process and can support your weight. In fact, Wildcat's upper bath deck is built using this same technique (unlike most of our competition) and is both strong and insulated.

Wow, I couldn't imagine setting a toe out onto my slide roof, much less walking on it. (Rightly or wrongly.)
Neat stuff.

Agree. The roof may handle it, but I would worry and the rollers and other components that support the slide.

I have toppers on my slides so I won't ever get the urge to walk on them.
