Wildcat 312BHX Outdoor Speakers - OEM Model?

Hi...the outdoor speakers on my 2014 Wildcat 312BHX have ended their service life and need to be replaced. Not that we ever cranked up the music, guess they just don't have a long life. Anyway I know they are Jensen 'Marine' speakers...does anyone know what model they are or if there is another, better, direct replacement? My trailer is located about an hour from where I live and I would like to get them before I go out again...thanks!

I have had two of these speakers go bad. From what I have researched any 5.25" x 1.5" marine grade speaker will fit. The key is the 1.5" depth due to wall thickness. You can replace them with the Jensen's but they only last a short while.

Perfect...I'll pick up some non-Jensen's (I concur, they are only 2.5 years old and barely used, should have lasted longer) and take them when I go out in a couple of weeks & install them then.

If you swap to good speakers as opposed to the factory ones you'll probably need to do some modifications. The factory ones are cheap with small magnets and just about any quality marine speaker is going to have a much larger magnet and require more depth to install them.

I have done this on my last 2 units. Last post is right any of the good marine speakers will be to deep. Use the spacers below first and then you can mount them without issue. I painted the spacer gloss white and they look factory.
