Wildcat Came Through on Warranty Work
We had a pretty severe problem with incompatibility between our door/screen and the MorRyde Step Above. They replaced our entire door, door frame, screen door. They also put different brackets on the MorRyde Step Above. Everything now fits without the step brackets jamming the door hinges. There is adequate clearance for the door to close properly when the stairs are up.
So, they ultimately came through. The downside is that the trailer sat for 4 months at the dealer while they went back and forth with the factory and then waited for the parts. Fortunately, it was November through March when the trailer would have been stored anyway.
There were a few other smaller issues that got resolved as well.
We love the 29RLX floor plan and love the trailer. It's small enough that our gasser pulls it well but large enough to be comfortable for month-long trips. We're happy to have these issues resolved and to get on with traveling.
