12volt outlet.

I have a new 2022 Heritage Glen hl. On the forest river site it say "TV Bracket W/ Cable And 12V Outlet" This led me to believe the tv would run off the 12 volt system. The only 12v outlets I can find are the usbs in the recliners. Am I missing something? Thank you for any advice.

USB outlets typically supply 5 volts DC, not 12 volts.

Can you post a pic of the TV bracket w/ cable area?

Could be talking about something like this--
https://www.amazon.com/Winegard-RV-7...05489612&psc=1

It's a winegard TV antenna/cable hookup with a 12v (cigarette socket) outlet. I use a little plug in inverter in my 12v socket to run my TV on the rare occasion we're off the grid.
Used it 4 nites just this week when we were camping in Elkmont in the Smokies.

He didn’t post a pic. He posted a link to the item on Amazon where the pic can be viewed.

Sorry it wasn't working when I clicked on it. It's OK for me now.

I'm not quite certain what you are asking.
Do you have a tv that doesn't work unless you're plugged into shore power?

The online specifications do say that, but no idea what that means. Most brochures do have a disclaimer that the actual product may be different. You probably need to check with your dealer.

I think it is an error on the specs. Unless it is behind wifi booster plate.

From the picture it appears your T.V. is plugged into the 120V outlet marked GFCI Protected Outlet. Your coax connection plate is a Winegard RV-7542. Only the Winegard RV-7596 coax connection plate has the 12V receptacle.

The manufacturer has the right to use whatever parts they have and you cannot rely on what is printed in a brochure or online.

I suspect they (FR) used one of the optional plates that can come with that antenna and it doesn't have a cigarette lighter jack in it.

There may or may not be a 12v wire you can tap into close to the TV

More than likely they stopped using the 12v cigar type plugs
because people would plug in power hungry devices such as a huge inverter.

If it specifically says "TV Bracket W/ Cable And 12V Outlet", I suspect it's talking about an outside or in storage compartment set-up. The manufacturer wouldn't have to advertise a TV Bracket for a standard TV.

I’m guessing that outlet is marked inverter powered.

GFCI is much more likely than inverter.

I have to ask - the only thing the specs stated was that there was a 12v outlet with the TV bracket. The specification did not state that a 12 volt TV was included. It seems like you made an inference that just because there was supposed to be a 12 volt outlet there that a 12 volt TV would be plugged into it. But that is not what the specification actually stated.
