195bh continuous weld bumper?

I purchased a cargo rack and a hitch attachment for my bumper on my new wildwood 195bh, It requires a continuous weld bumper and I cannot figure out how to tell if it has this or not. I was hoping to carry ice chests on the cargo rack.
