195bh roof vent

Anybody know why there would be a fridge roof vent for a 120v only fridge. And it isn't even mounted above the fridge..it is on the other side of the roof?...hmmmmmm

Hmmmmmm.. so I guess the condenser would need air flow and all I see outside is the discharge side of it.....makes sense now. Cool Thx
