2014 Grand Lodge 408 FLFB

We have a 2014 Grand Lodge 408 FLFB that appears to have a broken header over the front slideout. My problem is that the dealer who sold it to us does not have the capability to work on it. Other dealers I have called say that the slide would have to be removed and they aren't equipped to do that. They say take it back to the factory.

When I contacted the factory they said that I have to take it to a dealer who would then determine if it has to go back to the factory.

I seem to be stuck in the middle. Does anyone have any advice or know a dealer that is able to work on these units. I have tried various dealers up to a 100 miles away.

Sorry about that. The trailer is located in central Illinois. I can take it just about anywhere. I have already used the Forest River dealer locator and the recommended dealers aren't interested.
