2016 Wildwood black and gray level monitors

I went camping for the first time with this camper. Wasn’t even there a day and the black water monitor said it was full. I knew better. We only camped the weekend and I drained both tanks. When I got home I hooked power up and the gray tank showed empty. But the black water shows 2/3 full. How can I fix this ? Thanks in advance.

If you read around the forum a little you'll see that the indicators are notoriously inaccurate. Stuff like tissue, etc. fouls the sensors and cause a false reading. There are several concoctions that you can try that propose to help keep them clean. Calgon seems to be the best of the bunch once they're clean.
