2018 4092-BFL second floor mattress too large or window too low
We just got a 4092-BFL Lodge and the second floor beds are so wide it's almost impossible for me to open the second floor escape windows because the mattress fits between the center stand and the window so tight it's hard to pull up to open the escape window and I watched a 11 year old girl try to open it and she couldn't get the mattress up. If the window were higher this wouldn't be an issue. Does anybody have any ideas, this is not a good situation. She does like the second floor.
