2020 Wildwood 171RBXL owners help

Are there any other 2020 171rbxl owners out there?

I’m the second owner of an almost brand new trailer. I have found that the travel trailer industry is appalling when it comes to owner help and support. I was curious about some things in my trailer and called the dealer who had originally sold the trailer. Some of the answers I got were “Oh, we don’t do service. Oh, we don’t have that information. Oh, you’re not the original owner so there’s nothing we will for you.”

Even trying to get info from the factory is a lost cause, because “they want you to develop a relationship with a dealer”, that the dealer doesn’t want to develop.

Anyway. My panel has 2 light switches. One goes to the outside LED strip and the other goes to ??. Why would they put the water pump behind a non-removable panel when there’s a removable panel next to it?

Curious minds would like to know.

My 2020 wildwood 29vbud sounds like the same set up. The first switch goes to the LEDs outside under the awning, the 2nd switch goes to the LEDs running the length of the slideout "inside" the trailer. Maybe a bad switch or something.?? As far as the water pump... i took the bottom piece of trim off by unscrewing the square head screws. You can work the panel out fairly easily
Hope this helps!
