I’m not sure how else to describe this- our trailer is about 6 months old, and in several places the floor appears to slightly sink/divot. It’s not soft or squishy, it almost like where two boards come together, without support underneath, so it sinks a touch. It’s directly in the main walkway in front of the oven, bathroom and into the bunkhouse. Does this sound normal? Or something I should haul it into the dealer for?

I would have them take a look at it. What is the worst they can say?

Welcome to the forum its a great place to get your questions answered. If the divots weren't there when you did the PDI or even if they were I would take it in and start a paper trail with the warranty. JMHO

Our floor has waves in it also. We also had several fasteners (ie. screw or nail or staple) sticking up through the floor. These lifted the flooring in spots, and would even snag your socks, or even hurt bare feet if you didn’t have shoes on in the camper. The dealer says they are still waiting to here from FR as to how to repair this issue. (Dealer speak for “ain’t gettin’ fixed”). This was brought to the attention of the dealer and FR immediately after our first camping trip over a year and a half ago, still no resolution. Hope you have better luck with your dealer, and Forest River than I have. You can search these forums for more threads on the 273QBXL, most are not too favorable when it comes to build quality.
