Advise on hard cranking landing pads

Hello first time poster here.
We recently purchased a used 05 Wildwood 28BHSS LE. Just returned from a 2600 mile trip with no significant issues so we're quite happy.
However the front landing pads are quite a lot of work to crank. So hard that I don't thing the cordless drill trick would have near enough torque to raise when put under load.
Any tricks that any one has or where can I find a electric conversion kit for Lippert landing pads?
Thanks,
Wink

Wow, this is a first for me! I thought all recent 5er's had power landing gear. I know the stab jacks were manual. Anyway, try these folks. They might have what you need. Venture Manufacturing

I would try some white grease or lithium grease in a spray can. Spray all pivot points. It worked very well on our HTT scissor type levelers/supports.

Advise on hard cranking landing pads**updated w/ fix**

Through a little investigative work I was finally able to get this resolved. Forest River said the landing gear on our 5'r was Lippert, however the gear read Fulton Performance Products. A call to Fulton revealed that Fulton had made these gear to Lipperts specs. They appear to be identical to Attwood gear. Thus the Attwood electric conversion kit fit perfectly!

We're no longer cranking by hand, best $250 I've spent in a while! Very easy to install as well!

Have fun this Labor Day!
