I picked up a 2019 261BHXL about a month ago now and it didn't have the remote to control the lights, awning, and stabilizers. It in fact has the holder installed next to the door where it belongs but no remote. After searching through the rv and checking the forums I finally pulled out the converter that is mounted below the fridge and found the receiver/hub.
It is labeled as "22726 LCI Multifunction MyRV 5-Output (709634) MUX Receiver. Can someone confirm that this will not work with the OneControl app without an add-on. Also, is that little white remote that I see online the one that I need to work with this?
I pulled the dealer stickers off from the dealer I purchased from to reveal the original dealer stickers which happens to be my closed Wildwood dealer and I figured as a last resort I'd go back to them to try and get a remote that would work but this dealer is in a ridiculous spot to get to so I figured that I would ask the brain trust here first.
I also don't know if it makes a difference but based on the date on the weight sticker it looks like this is a 2019 model built in 2018 and I'm assuming it was a custom job or a mid-year update with the new year as through all the videos I have watched this is definitely a unique unit as it does not have the outdoor kitchen nor does it have an oven.
Ours is a 2016 model, per the title, that was built in the latter part of 2015. Not unusual, but it is a hybrid built with 2015 and 2016 features and styles.
As to the remote, use the model information of the remote control panel, do a GOOGLE search and you'll likely find what you need. Fortunately, ours came with the remote. It works great.
