I have a 2019 32BHI Wildwood triple slide TT series and I have a problem with my awnings. I am not able to extend my 2 awnings out. I have checked my breaker box and itís not tripped. I canít find the fuse location to see if thatís bad. I think I have power to the switches, a low Interstate battery outside and fresh batteries in the (I know itís not probably relevant). What do I need to be looking for or doing? The unit is no longer under warranty. Thanks!
there have been reports of the switch having corroded connections or a bad switch... you have to remove it from the panel to check this... others have found bad connections either at the motor end in the roller or along the length of wire from the trailer thru the arm to the roller.
Does the motor even click when the switch is pushed in either direction?
Are you plugged into shore power?
IS the battery disconnect switch pulled out?

If you are hooked to shore power and your battery is still low, then you have another problem. 1) It sounds like the battery disconnect switch. Find it and turn it on. If it's off, your battery won't charge & 12v components won't work even if plugged in. 2) Check the breaker for the converter too. If it has tripped, the battery won't charge. 3) Also look for in-line resettable 12v circuit breakers. There is a little button on the side to reset them.

I see the panel box with the fuses in them. Is there a manual to the location to the fuses?
Each of the fuses should be identified on the panel door white sticker.
