Battery Level

The four battery lights on my level indicator are not Illuminating when I am plugged into to shore power and I press and hold the BATT button. Is this an indication that something is wrong or do I simply have to wait for the converter to charge up the batteries?

Is the disconnect turned on?

There are fuses also.

Thank you for your response. My trailer does not have a disconnect. Also, I have confirmed that all the fuses are good.

Buy a meter and measure the battery itself...at the battery. The lights are worthless.

most probably you have a problem. almost everybody reports all the lights on when you are hooked up to shore power and the converter is working. this is the converter producing power to recharge the batteries. but as stated above use a meter to get a dc voltage reading at the battery terminals. when hooked to shore power this reading should be around 13.2 volts or higher. if it is not you have a problem either with the converter, disconnect switch, resetable circuit breaker, or the cables themselves.
