Bedroom in Grand Lodge 42DL not cooling down

We have a new Grand Lodge 42DL destination trailer and the bedroom is not cooling down very well. There are two AC units, the one in the kitchen seems to be cooling much better than the unit over the loft and bedroom. There are only 2 vents to the bedroom and it doesn't seem to get enough cool air. We put a fan at the top of the stairs to help blow air from the loft down. Has anyone else had an issue with this?

Moved thread to the Wildwood sub-forum since the OP is asking model-specific questions.
