Cold weather camping

Ok guys I need alittle help. My wife is driving me nuts wanting to go camping. It is 15 degrees outside! Highs in the 20's. It looks like it will be warming up Sat or Sunday. Question is how does the heated fresh water tank work? Is there a switch I am missing? I have a 2011 26tbss. Not quite sure how to even do this. Not wanting to tear up my new trailer... Any recommendations?

The fresh water tank does not have heat. It is supposedly located such that camper heat will prevent freezing. Have fun winter camping. Your DW seems like a wonderful gal!

Take jugs of water....I use old milk jugs.

Get a porta-potty....dump it when you get home, or down a pit toilet or dump station if there is 1 in the area.

Use a tree when possible.

Catch all of your sink water in a pan. If it is legal in your area, throw the gray water on the ground away from the campground. If there is a pit toilet nearby, dump it down there. If neither of those 2 options are doable, fill your water jugs back up and dump the gray water down the sink when you get back home.

Use paper plates plates and plastic utensils to save dish water. You will be surprised how little water you can get by with by taking sponge baths and limiting dish washing.

With doing all of the above, you are not putting water in any tank or your water lines. Inconvenient, but doable.

Is there a antifreeze we can use for the black tank? I can use bottle water for everything.

I use clean (new) plastic gas cans for our potable water supply during the winter. We place a dishpan in the sink, the water on the counter, and use a manual poly siphon pump to transfer the water as needed. If you are conservative, ten gallons are more than adequate for two people for a weekend.

If, as Chap suggested, you do the porta-potti thing, fill it before leaving home or take extra water to charge it.
