Electrical hook up wire problem

I have a Wildwood X-lite 201BHXL and the pull out electrical wire is knotted inside and will not extend all the way. I tried twisting it as I pull it out but that doesn't help. Anyone know how to fix this?

I had a SOB (some other brand) that did the same. Knotted up by my nephew who I left shove the cord in one time and I couldn't pull it out the next.

I wound up having to remove the interior panel by the service entry (remove staples and nails) to get the cord untangled.

thank you. I was thinking of removing the electrical panel to untangle it.

If you're able to untangle it with one hand thru the hole, it's a whole lot easier to remove the exterior cover thing than the interior panel.
