Electronic stabilizer jack will not raise

Greets all,

I am hoping somone can tell me how to override a electronic stabilizer jack i got with my 2012 Wildwood QBTS. The rear motor is finished and has been ordered on warrenty but my rear jacks are stuck down and have to be raised. Do i have to remove the motor to get to the bolt to crank by hand? I looked on the other side and see no manually override crank. Your help would be greatly appreciated

If you have the Lippert power stabilizers, the manual overide is on the opposite side of the trailer from the motor. You should have a crank handle inside the trailer somewhere (mines in a drawer under the couch) that you will insert in the housing and twist it up or down.

Here is a pdf file on the Lippert, and pages 6 and 7 shows how to do this. Hope it helps. Make sure to note the part about disconnecting electrical, but if your motor is already bad it may not matter.
