Floor bad

Any body hear or know of a flooring problem with wildwood xlite campers, our is 2011 and on may 24th went down through area of floor , the rest of the floor is soft and uneven. I think this might have been a recalled camper, how do I find out------please give some advise the dealership is not doing anything for us neither is the manufactuer........

Did you buy new or used? Maybe it was a flooded one from down south with the hurricanes?

originally came to dealership here in Canada new from forest river in States, I bought in used on a trade in......There have been other campers here with bad floors......material used in floors below grade.....just found this out from guy here who fixed the floor in his after buying in an auction.....apreciate any advise...

Sounds like the floor got (very) wet and needs to be replaced. We were show a unit with a soft floor and it was explained that the unit had a leak that the previous owner ignored. The dealer called it (the trailer) a handyman special!
