FSX 178BHSKX Mattress size

Hello, looking to give up on the murphy bed and getting a memory foam mattress. The RV is at camp so i cant measure the size. Does anyone know if it is a queen short? 60 x 75??

Hi Shane,

Yes the mattress is a queen short. We got our camper in late May and that was the first thing we replace. The stock mattress that comes with the camper is as hard as a rock and not much good for sleeping! We purchased a ZINUS 8 Inch Green Tea Memory Foam Mattress, Short Queen on Amazon. Best purchase ever!

I see you posted in April, so you probably figured it out already. Just thought Id throw in my 2 cents!

The gray color looking mattresses in the FSX models are 60 x 74" and are the standard teddy bear charcoal mattress made by Lippert.


I do not know of any FSX with a 60" x 75" mattress nor does Forest River list any under the parts list for FSX.
