Furrion Mounting Location

We just recently purchased a Heritage Glen 299RE. It came with a pre wired mounting bracket for a Furrion camera but they placed the left side of the roof ladder in front of the camera mount. Has anyone else run into this and if so how did you resolve it? I assume since I purchased the observation camera I will constantly be looking at the ladder in my field of view.

Thanks for your help,

Brad

Hmm...that's interesting. Was the ladder installed by the dealer? We recently purchased a Hemisphere 326Rl. A very similar floorplan. especially in the rear living area. My dealer installed the ladder as close to the entry side rear window as possible to avoid this conflict. You might need to talk with your dealer's service department. Good luck Brad.

Yes, it was factory installed. It doesn't make any sense where they installed it. Like yours it should have been installed as closely to the window as possible. At this point I think my options are limited, 1) Deal with ladder in the camera view. 2) Move ladder and have a lot of mounting holes to deal with or possibly relocate camera, I have an extra mounting plate so I could leave the old one in place and move the new one to the right. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
