Welcome to the site from just west of your location.

I had the opportunity to drive to Burley this am, in the snow while I am sure it did not stick around long the wind was quite "brisk".

Batten down the hatches and full steam ahead.

It's been crazy with the weather! Is there anything outside right now that says "spring" or "break"?

Just in the news.

Dam "springs" a leak, road "breakup" ahead, use caution..

We have officially left the "winter season" and entered the "road destruction" season.

Hello from Texas. We have only one season, summer. There are various stages of summer, 80 degree or 100 degree. The 80 degrees is our winter. Y'all have fun.

That's a sinister looking truck Don't see many Mega Cabs. Nice setup however.

Curious, what is your payload vs the hitch weight? I was a little disappointed on the payload for my 2500.

When you finally get out of town, have a great time.

The payload is 2020, however the pic is pre airbags(I installed them yesterday). It really didn't squat the truck very much and I was absolutely SHOCKED as to how well it towed. Once we decided on the Heritage Glen I was obviously "concerned" about towing capabilities of my 2500. I called a buddy of mine that is a service mngr for Dodge and works mostly with Ram trucks. He told me to put the air bags on for added safety and don't worry about it again, it'll tow great behind my truck. Boy he wasn't kidding. On my way to the dealer to pick up the Heritage Glen I towed my 28ft bumper pull(650 lbs hitch weight 6200lbs total weight)to trade it in. I'm not kidding you when I say that the big 36ft Heritage felt light compared to the bumper pull. We had high winds that day and I could feel the bumper pull pushing me around, the Heritage was rock solid. I have yet to tow with the airbags, I'll give a full report once I do.

I believe that 5th is:
HYPER-LYTE CONSTRUCTION
Length 42’ 0”
Width 8’ 0”
Exterior Height 13’ 2”
Interior Height 0’ 0”
Dry Weight 10924 lbs
Hitch Weight 2080 lbs
Cargo Weight 3156 lbs

Should be a great trailer for short mileage, short stay family excursions.

Personally, I would prefer a 1 ton dually, but...wish you the best...

============
You have a 2020 payload and you mentioned wind conditions and the bumper pull pushing you around...best of luck...let us know if you trade up your truck! You forgot to mention stopping power and sway control going downhill on a steep and windy grade.
