hello from ontario!

we will soon to be taking possession of a new 2011 26tbss. we are new to trailers, but have read lots of information. we went with a new trailer to avoid, possible, hassles with used. we have a walk through scheduled and aside from checking everything out, hoping to hear comments of anything specific we should be looking for during the walkthrough.

exicted to be on this forum and look forward to any advice.

Congratulations on your new tt! Make sure they show you where the water pump is located, and by pass valve for winterizing. Plan on taking notes!

Congrats on the RV. Lots of fun times coming around the corner!

The walk-through can be very helpful to newbies. Try to get a good night sleep and take lots of notes. Consider video taping parts using your mobile phone.

Make sure they tell you what condition the water heater is in (bypassed or not). And where all the valves are. If the water heater is bypassed and you turn it on (electric) the heating element will burn out in seconds!!!

Make them turn everything on (fridge, lights, furnace, TV's etc), run the water. Take notes, video and ask plenty of questions

Hey Sashan, will be heading up to the KOA in Niagra in 3 weeks....wondering if you ever stayed there or know anyone who has stayed there before!? Give me some insight in reference of a rent a car needed. I will be driving our class C and the park has shuttles in season (whatever in the season!?).
