Help acquiring side skirt for my 29rkss
Hello fellow campers.
Had quite a violent blowout today on the highway on my 29rkss fifth wheel that tore up the fender skirt pretty good. Unlike others my fender skirt is just over 12 feet long and includes the side panel integrated into the skirt itself.
Anyone have any resources where I can buy this and repair myself? I would gladly paypal $20 to anyone who can send me an in stock viable link.
Thanks in advance.

I had the same thing happen this summer to my camper (a 2008 model). I asked around a bit and was told that any parts would likely take several months from Forest River.
I opted instead to pull the skirt off and flatten it out myself. I reinstalled it and it actually looks decent..most of the damage and tire marks are pointing down and you really don't see it.

That looks really good, my wife thinks I can do this, I don't lol.
I may have to give it a try though, especially if it is going to take months.

If it's on there like mine was you just need to remove the screws in the trim piece and cut off some of the caulk.
I actually did that on a picnic table in a state park in South Dakota with nothing but my bare hands and a small hammer. Camping world had the Butyl tape as well as the new sealant. I used an old license plate that was riveted inside the wheel well to reconstruct the inner fender. There is some white duct tape in there so it does look a bit hokey but it held up well through a couple of thunderstorms on the 1400 mile journey home.
The duct tape probably isn't actually needed but I figured it might help to seal it up.
Well, that's my fix for now. It's not a new camper so that helps :-)

I had a skirt come loose and ripped in wind. I took it off, continued trip, and glued it when I got home. Brown marked sealed the deal. Good luck. You can probably repair the damage.

To state mostly obvious...
Google is your friend... this is the first thing that came up
Many fender flares there to. Just search RV skirt or fenders
Or
https://lookup-our-skirts.com/
If I’m buying today...I am considering these
https://recstuff.com/trailer-fenders...railer-fenders
Plenty out there for flares

There are many RV salvage yards where you could get this part. Most will ship. Google is your friend.

I used this website several years ago for same problem, multiple dealers said skirts for my unit were obsolete. They had identical to my original. https://www.icondirect.com/rv-exterior-parts/fender-skirts/

also had a blowout
The plastic skirt was cracked badly. I first tried to glue it and patch it. That worked fairly well but just didn't look particularly good. I was a manager of a metal shop so I decided to make skirts from thin diamond plate aluminum. I liked them so much better than the plastic.

Get a pipe about 4" to 6" diameter and support it, and take a rubber mallet and gently work the bends out over the radius of the pipe. Take your time and don't try to take it all out at once and I bet you can get it looking pretty good.
