Welcome to the forum. I moved your post to the Wildwood subforum as you are more likely to get a response here from another owner.

You're going to need to provide the trailer's model number since you are asking for model-specific information.
Stating the length isn't helpful since there are probably a number of different Wildwood models that size.

In our trailer, I have to remove the kick panel below the jack-knife sofa. The controller is located on the bottom left end. Easy to see and access once done. Now, the remote control receiver is located behind a blind panel below the pantry. This also has fuses and relays for the slide-out among other system devices.

Depending on the type of slide out system, one should NEVER do a partial extend or retract. Always, fully extend and fully retract, and continue to hold the switch for 3 to 5 seconds after the movement stops.

If the campsite has a tree or power post in the way, two choices: (a) move the tree or power post, or (b) move the trailer. Whichever is easiest.

2020 Forest River Wildwood is going to have a In-Wall Schwintek system and the board is going to be located under the slide out normally behind the front kick panel. More times then not it is toward the back of the slide, so if the slideout is in it can make it really hard to get to at times.

The board will look like this:
