I purchased this 2016 used set up in an RV park and live in it, so I have never set up a 5th wheel. I had it tied down for storm stability, now it is out of level and I need to raise the front but don’t know how .
We have some soft spots not water related is there a fix besides returning to the factory which is out of the question. Can I just add 3/8 plywood with new vinyl over that?
It's very rare that soft spots aren't water intrusion related.
However, If they truly aren't water related then you could possibly remove and replace the soft decking or if you really wanted to you could do as you say and overlay it with some thin plywood and vinyl flooring.

They aren’t water related they are the result of the foam in the floor under the 1/8 inch ply compressing leaving depressions between the aluminum joists, I have read numerous accounts on full time families about this in the ultralight 5 er’s it’s very unnerving and the DW wants it fixed besides we could never sell it like it is
