How to drain water heater in Wildwood Lodge

First year winterizing a 2018 Wildwood Lodge 385FLBH. After years of dealing with 5th wheels, this unit has a Bradford White utility style hot water heater located internally under the kitchen counter. No external access that I can find, no drain pipe or plug, no anode rod to pull. Lack of any real support documentation. Hope someone has figured this out. I appreciate all responses.

Yes it does Code, closest thing I have found to a useful instruction. The unit in the booklet doesn't look like mine, but the process is all straightforward, just need to have an air compressor. Hopefully I can find one to borrow. Thank you and have a super good day. If you are a Marine, Happy Birthday, or if you are a veteran, I salute you.

If anyone else has the same heater and needs info, the operating and maintenance manual is at the link below and it is shown in Fig 3.
