I also wanted to do XPS but I need a 235/80/R16 and that size isn't available. I've been looking at Sailun 637S tires which are a 14ply tire previously only available as LT 235/85/R16. This year they started shipping an ST235/80/16 model of that tire. It kept the 14ply build and it's still a 110psi G rated tire. The question for me now is to confirm that my Hi Spec wheels are 6.5" rims and that they can support 110psi. If not, I'm just going to stay with my Maxxis 8008 that came with the trailer.

Here is there chart, but you would need to change the valve to the metal bolt in: This is my understanding but you can also call Lionshead before you decide,

Every time I read the "tire" threads, my eyes roll back into my head. I too love my Michelins on my truck and think that putting them on my 5er would be a good idea, but then the folks on the "ST" team come in and I'm back on the fence. I, thankfully haven't had a problem. I am neurotic about checking the pressures on travel day first thing at 80#, not being overloaded and staying under 65mph. I am going to get TPMS before our next trip. So I guess I will stay with my stock tires for now. I have about 7000 miles on them with good treads.
