Radio/DVD player humming

My wife and I bought a 2017 Wildwood 28ckds. The dealer put 4 new version Drive radios in and still have the same problem. Humming noise when the radio and DVD player is on at all times, and the sound on the DVD side is really low. Is anyone else having the same problem? Any help would be appreciated.

That's what I thought as well. I actually took the power and ground and ran wires right to the battery. Still did it

What is that?

I'm not a radio guy a supressor is in line with the power wire that will remove some frequency that causes hum, find a car stereo install shop and maybe they can help

also make sure you don't have a alternator problem, radio hum during engine running, no hum engine off

The OP has a travel trailer, not a Motorhome.
