Re-coating Roof

Me again...with another question. Should we re-coat our roof with the rubber coating that is mopped or rolled on? It’s a 2014 Wildwood DBUD. Some people have recommended to just clean it real well. So what do you do for your roof? I know that this coating is only applied every 3-4 years. Is this necessary? My husband re-sealed everything on the roof this summer. Thanks again for your input! Your advice is always helpful!!!

Your roof should be TPO so you don't need any 'coating' on it. You can clean it if you want to.
