Amazing huh? It is quite a lot of work to replumb and get the pesky water line inside the belly and insulate it. In the mean time, do what puff suggests. Its funny (NOT) how many posts include "the salesman said" this or that. This guy has a diffent definition of what the word "working" means. you might want to look into more insulation and tank heaters when the belly is down.
