It’s for tightening/loosening T-bolts on JT Strongarm stabilizer bars. You can read this thread and see the guesses made in a local elementary school ==> http://www.forestriverforums.com/for...ms-191794.html.

2020 unit... didn't your dealer explain this during your PDI/CUSTOMER ORIENTATION?

If not shame on them.

I don't believe I've ever seen JT Strongarms come from the factory on a unit so the dealer would have had to install them. They should have known about the tool.

I agree. This is a bit odd. I’ve never known of a dealer installing them on a lot/customer ordered unit unless requested by the customer.

It may have been a late-model trade in by a customer.

I have learned a very important thing with this forum. I needed to do a more thorough PDI. I actually asked one of the men that works in the shop at the dealer. He told me it was used to pull the portable sewage tank. Well I sure wasn’t that stupid. After looking myself I suspected it was for the strong arm brackets. It is a 2020 and it came with them.

I have the same unit and dealer told me it was for the strong arms. I never use it, just reach under to loosen or tighten.

Enjoy your TT -- we've had ours for 2 months and have had it our 4 times already with no plans of slowing down. We love it!
