Roof panel cut/routed

Hello Everyone,

I was on my roof last week cleaning and stepped on a soft spot last week. As expected, I was a little upset since it's a 2 yr old trailer. Well, today I decided to pull the trim off the vent fan in the bathroom since the spot was right there near the edge and I discovered no leaks but the MDF panel was routed in a few spots which made me assume it was soft, see pictures below.
Since my warranty has expired, would this be considered a manufacturing defect and is there any recourse? I've called Tony at Wildwood and left a message, no response yet.

Welcome to the forum its a great place to get your questions answered. This is currently something you should discuss with FR. With that said I think it can be corrected by filling in and laminating a stiffener over the area. JMHO
