Rookie Here Needing Some Input On the Wildwood 18BH-Xlite

Hello All, Im new to the forum and also new to travel trailers. I found this great forum doing some research on the 2011 Forest River Wildwood Travel Trailer - Backpack Edition. Its the 18BH-Xlite. I'm getting ready to purchase it almost new after the owner decided to upgrade to a larger unit after just two trips out (too small for his family of four). I think it will be just right for me and my wife. I just wanted to ask the veterns here, is there anything I should know or look for. Being a newbie to travel trailers, I could really use any info you can give me. I gave it a quick once over this evening, but I will look at it a little better tomorrow in the daylight.
Thanks,

Water intrusion is the enemy of campers.

ANY (and I mean ANY) water damage or discoloration, including mold, is cause to keep looking. Sometimes even "free" is too expensive.
Also look for dampness in any compartments. Looking at used equipment after a rain is best if possible.

Also look for unusual wear indications on the tires.
