RV Build Sheet

Does anyone know if there is any detailed build information related to an individual travel trailer? I know such documents exist for automobiles, etc.

I purchased my unit from an rv show. the unit was on order and they had a specific build sheet for my unit that went down every option showing exactly how the unit was going to be build/ordered/delivered.

don't ask me how you would go about finding it though.

FR ships a build sheet with every RV shipped. It is a multi color/copy form. In most cases, the dealer does not pass them along to the buyer. Not sure why except that they occasionally move OEM items around to make repairs. I had to ask my dealer for the build sheet and push fairly hard, but was provided one. If you can not get one, I suggest you take a rainy / cold day to create your own. They are invaluable when you need to troubleshoot or order repair parts.

Thanks Flybob... I will talk to my dealer after turkey day. If it is not available, I was going to perform the "make my own" but that will have to wait til spring. It's low teens with a 20 mph wind here today and the camper is in storage 30 mins away. Have a great holiday season.

Check with your brand through customer service using the contact info on the FR website. They should have a copy.

We have done 2 factory orders over the years, and received a build sheet in both cases, so they do exist.
