Swivel TV Between Kitchen and Bedroom

Hello-

I'm new to the forums and have searched high and low to find an answer to this question - but no luck so far! On my Heritage Glen, the swivel TV is between the kitchen and bedroom. However, the TV itself does not swivel right. It's as if it's missing a piece on the base?? When you go to swivel the TV to the other side, you physically have to lift it up about an inch so it passes over the wooden cabinet. It still turns freely when you do this; however, it's somewhat of a difficult process - it just seem like there should be some kind of ring or base at the very bottom of the TV that should hold it up - making it elevated so it can freely turn. Any ideas? Suggestions? Possible search terms to use? Or even pictures of what "should" be there so I know what I am looking for?

thanks in advance!
Brandon

Brandon, I'm just guessing, but maybe it is made that way to keep it from pivoting while you are towing it. (I don't have the swivel type tv.)
