tire inflation

so I have a wildwood 28ckds been having not so pleasant trips towing. Have tried everything so I have had it for 3 yrs now and decided to check tire pressure on the trailer the dealer has taken care of the trailer and checked tire pressure and so on when I take it to them every yr for warranty so I look at the sticker on the trailer an it says the tires should be at 65 cold. Well I check and they are at 45 to 50. So that is a problem right or am I missing something. The tires have always been at 50 during the 3 yrs of ownership so should i fill them to 65? Tires don't seem to show any wear on them?

The pictures aren’t great quality, and I can’t quite read it. What letter is after “Load Range” on the tire?

The fact that they are castle rock tires I would replace them. In the photo's it shows that they are load range D tires. I would run them at 65 psi.

I'd be running them at the cold max pressure. 65psi. No less than 60. Check inflation pressure when the tires are cold.
Check and adjust the tires before every trip. Daily, if you're on the road traveling. Do it first thing after the tires have sat and cooled overnight, before hitting the road again.

Monitor the tread surface for uneven wear. If they start wearing a bit more in the center at the higher psi than on the edges, reduce the pressure about 5 psi.

I run my tires at the pressures from the industry tables, based upon the actual load that the tires will be bearing. This ensures the proper footprint of the tire on the ground.

A proper footprint prevents uneven wear, and allows your tires to do two important jobs as well as possible: braking and channeling water.
