Tv mounting

How do I know where for certain to mount the tv in wildwood xlite 254RLXL. Not sure if sticker is properly located and don’t want to put in unnecessary holes

If you don't believe the wall mounter sticker for TV take a stud finder and you should be able to find the limits of the backing board.

I'm sure you already know this but I'm still going to say it, the studs in a trailer are slightly less than a house (not 2 x 4). Be sure to use fasteners that will not protrude your outside walls... I think the stud in a trailer is 1.50 x 1.50, I don't know the exact measurements off the top of my head.

In our trailer I made a backing plate that I fastened to the wall with liquid nail and fasteners, painted it to match the walls, and then attached the TV to the plate. I did this because I went to a larger TV and wanted to make the mounting a bit more firm than just the wall itself. I also moved the mount over a bit centering it on the wall (MY O.C.D. DISORDER KICKED IN).

I have a 201bhxl and am going to mount a 24" TV. My problem is that there is no backing or studs to do it. I lamented two 3/4" ply together and plan to go inside the cabinet with it, glue and screw it to the back of my cabinet panel. You won't see it and it should do the job.

I am not familiar with a Wildwood but it is probably similar to the Rockwood that I did mount a TV in the bedroom. The backer board in the Rockwood is not wood - it is thin sheet metal. I had to use sheet metal screws that I learned the hard way. Don't over-tighten the screws. I drilled pilot holes and the drill popped thru one of the holes with enough force to out-dent the exterior skin of the trailer. Luckily it did not go all the way thru. Mine had a fairly large plate and I contacted Forest River and they said the sticker was in the center of the plate. I put the mount on the sticker and hit the plate with the screws. It held up for years and worked good.
