Under Sink Filter

Just wanted to see what people are using for under sink filters.

We are full time and stationary but the water in our area is terrible. I'm tired of buying bottled water and would like to find something i can install under the sink in the kitchen to get good tasting water.

I put a inline filter for the entire fresh water system plugs right into the fresh water hose and then goes into the trailer

Is it a multi canister system, or just the single inline that you replace every so often.

the more i research the more i think a multi canister filter may be the way to go and just filter everything coming into the trailer.

I used a blue, inline filter that goes on to the hose that provides the city water.

I would recommend getting a house-style filter (clear housing, replaceable filter inside) for the outside of your camper. This catches the sediment and protects all your fixtures.

Then, for drinking water, get a multiple filter setup (ideally with reverse osmosis) to put under your sink and drill a hole for the extra water tap for drinking water.

I use a dual canister system and it stays outside. It uses standard 10" filters that can be found easily.
