'waterproofing' bathroom

Hey all,

I purchased a Wildwood FSX 178 as the first trailer for my family. We used it the other weekend and loved it. I am looking for insight on if anyone took the time to add extra waterproofing to the bathroom? I have 2 boys and when shower/bath time comes I am foreseeing lots of water all over and I would like to avoid the swelling of the particleboard.

Thanks!

Lets see... How old are the boys? you could use these https://www.amazon.com/E-Z-Flo-15261...0330958&sr=8-5 st the edges combined with possibly a tension rod run thru the bottom of the shower curtain so it stays inside the pan when opening and closing it.. It would be sliding on a rod at the top and bottom of the shower... But boys are usually pretty messy . MY boys are in there 30's an still messy . lol..

They could shower outdoors and be as messy as they want.

Good idea! I was also thinking of adding some caulking around some of the seams on the floor.. Not sure, just want it to last!
