Wildwood 261BHXL tv mount

I read a post by a 2013 owner that his 26BH had a placard of where to mount a tv wall mount..but..mine is a 2012 and it doesn't have that same placard

my Wife wants to have me place it on the "wall" that separates the bunks from the dinette (that's "ok" with me) but I'm curious to hear if others have done a tv wall mount on their TT

I'm "thinking" of drilling completely thru the wall and putting a support plate on the backside (the bunk side) then securing the mount with 1/4" bolts

any specifics or suggestions would be appreciated

thanks.....Bill

This is the only pic I could find. I just bought a tv swivel mount from best buy & used stud finder & drilled.

.
thank you for the reply and pic (smells good, what's for dinner ?)

between rains today (and trips into town) I've been fabricating mounting a mount - got one from Sam's Club that didn't fit the tv but did find one at WalMart that does - using Lexan as "plates" as supports on both sides of the wall and securing all with four 1/4" bolts & wing nuts.....Bill

Yep same place and same thing use an inline mounting bracket with an arm and it works out real nice

Look at MonoPrice.com they are a wholesale supplier of Low voltage IT equipment and the cheapest I have found usually about 1/2 to a 1/4 of best buy and the like for the same stuff.
