I'd try to get the tires up and out of the "soggy".
Some paver blocks from a big box store would work to keep the tires up and out of the mud. Also useful would be plywood, planks, or anything else similar you might have on hand.
Tires aren't damaged from short term exposure to water and mud but given enough time they will rot.
