Looking at one of these 5th wheels wondering how well they tow with the kitchen in the rear? Thanks in advance for your comments.Any problems I might look for?

We have friends with a 36’ tow behind with the rear kitchen. She is always complaining about how everything in the kitchen gets tossed around when they travel. Maybe a fiver is better.

We don't currently have your model Flagstaff 5th wheel but had two rear kitchen models before and they towed the same as any other 5th wheel we've owned. If your model has torsion axles, my experience is they are much smoother towing than sprung axle units.

I have the exact same 5th wheel except the Rockwood Signature version - it’s called the 8290BS. Just like all Rockwoods, it tows great because it has Dexter Torflex axles. I have 2016 F-250 with the 6.2L gas engine. It’s well within all specs and tows with plenty of power as long as you don’t mind higher reving on hills. If we towed in the mountains regularly I’d want a diesel engine. Thankfully, because of diesel prices, we don’t need a diesel!
