I own a 2007 Rockwood 8315SS and my kitchen faucet developed a crack at the base of the spout. I put plumbers putty around the crack, but it would still leak some. I contacted FR directly to see if I could buy a new faucet, since my warranty had expired. I was put in contact with Donna Vance, Rockwood, Flagstaff Ultra Lites and tent trailer Division. She was very plesant and helpful. I ordered it last week and it arrived yesterday. It was the wrong part so I called and left a message. Donna called me this morning and appoligzed, she mistyped one number on the part when she ordered it. She is sending me out the new kitchen faucet, $32.85 and I won't have to pay the shipping cost again. She asked if I was going camping soon because she would overnight it if needed.
