Any problems with the 2022 E-Pro 19FD

I am looking at this unit and asking for any advice as to any problems it may have that I need to look for. It is new, we are 72 and this will be our last Hura so we do not want to make a mistake. Any advice, bad or good. Heard about problems with refrigerator.

Thanks
George & Karen

The 2022s had problems with the cabinet pieces separating. They were fixed in the 2023s. The 2023s also upgraded the solar panels, redesigned the bathroom for better use of space, increased the size of the TV and incorporated the stereo into it, added a receiver hitch on the back, upgraded the converter to accept lithium batteries if you should want to upgrade, and made some other fixes that escape me at the moment. Might be worth a look.

We have a 2023. Just managed a quick fall trip before winterizing and really enjoy the floor plan of the 19fd. In our Geo the refa has a on/off switch just to the right of the frig which solves the problem with it.
Storage is a more tighter than it should be with weird panels blocking bath sink cabinet and some of the outside storage. I have remove bath one and outside panel to open space.
The mattress was fine for me DW would probably be happy with a foam topper. We got ours with two dealer batteries. The hitch on the back will be put to good use.

We have a 2020 of the 19FD and we love it. Haven’t had any problems. We opted for the oven. Removed the microwave to have more pantry and modified the bathroom “linen closet” so that we can get to the total space from cabinet doors on the front. We are very happy with it. We have replaced the standard batteries with 2 100 amp hour lithium batteries which keep us going while boondocking. They are stored beneath the couch. I believe that Flagstaff has modified this model in the last year or two to make this much more solar friendly than the 2020. We are in our late 60s and have taken it from Ohio to Shenandoah NP, to Georgia, Colorado and it has been GREAT for the two of us.

First we love our unit, we have had a few problems. The hinge across the Murphy bed, the screws were coming out and the bed loose, dealer replaced the screws with some type of rivets. The spare tire rack brackets broke and had to be re-welded. We made lots of modifications and tweaks, but overall our unit has been great. We have close to 25k miles on it…

Enjoy !
