I’ll echo the sentiment with customer service. I was unable to get one of the blocks installed with the big washer that came with them on my initial install (figured it out later). Going down the road, one of them popped off because of side-movement of the axle.
When I called customer service the operator could NOT have been nicer and immediately sent me out a free block with washer. No questions asked.
I found the block on a trip out of town on the same road, called them back with an offer to return it, and was very politely told to keep them.
Customer service is a HUGE plus. Very nice people.
I did figure out how to get the washer in the correct way.

The pin weight of the 5er we are looking at is just under 2K. Sounds like the Timbrens are the way to go for my TV. Every reply since my posted question seems to support the Timbrens. Very good info that has helped me decide to use them (Timbrens). And yes, the customer service is a selling point as well.
Thanks
