You might check your DC voltage. Maybe your converter is bad and is putting out too many volts and frying the boards?

My board burned out on first trip out. Also 2018. So far, the second one has worked for two trips.

Purchased my TT in December. First trip in April I was running on propane. On the first morning we got up, heard a loud pop and the heater would no longer work on propane. It did, however, still work on 110. It is at the dealer now getting the control board replaced.

I have an SW6DE and our heater made the PDI test and I think one more light then I got a DSI failure light. I checked it out and found a hot spot on the board. Still waiting on warranty information(bought out of town). I wondered what caused the failure. I know dinosaur boards have a fuse on them. I will install and inline fuse holder(assuming I can figure which wire) when/if they supply a suburban board. My RV was shipped 10/19/16
