E-Pro 16BH - First time trailer owner with questions
We just brought home our first travel trailer on Friday. The dealership had an amazing service tech that went over every detail with us but it was a LOT of information. And though I took notes I didn’t get everything.
So questions...
1. Is there supposed to be a user manual/guide for the trailer itself? Because we have we have lots of other manuals, such as fridge, grill, etc. But not one for the unit itself.
2. (See pic) Does anyone know what this switch goes to? I thought it was the gas shut off switch but I see that one is labeled on one of the blue switches below, And this is the only switch that is not labeled.

Welcome from NC! I brought the E-pro 19FBS about two months ago and love it. Two trips taken already.
You can find the manual online at:
Forest River Manuals
I'm not familiar with the button you are referring to.
You will have fun.

Just realize that there is no manual specific to your trailer.
Only a generic owners manual that covers basic RV systems.

Yeah I couldn’t find any helpful info in the generic manual. I may just have to call the dealership on Monday.

Dont think so. It would have to have a light next to it.
Maybe it's for the scare light.

Yes, you are right. I should have mentioned that in my reply.
I recommend YouTube. I've learned much from this forum and Youtube.

Also don't store perishable foods in cupboard above the fridge, it gets to warm.
Hope they installed the water filter for you and showed you where it is located.
Other that that we had no bad issues, than couldn't get up ladder in bear feet and to warm in cupboard
LOL, and enjoy!

This year's manual is a WHOLE lot better than the one they gave us last year, though. I see things in this one that we don't have in our manual, so I just downloaded it. Thanks for posting the link!

Do you happen to know what this strap is for? I found it in the bag of manuals, etc. that was in the trailer. The strap is really long (about 7.8ft) and has a plastic pin sewed in place on one end and about a 2in loop on the other end.

Yes, it's an awning strap. Guess it's for if the power doesn't work, but we've never had to use it... yet.

I think it is the WiFi extender switch. Is there a password sticker anywhere closeby?

How do you use the strap...? . that is the question.... that goes unanswered in the documentation. I think there is allen bolt that needs to first be removed to disengage awning from the motor, while a helper holds the strap against the spring tension of the awning. The rest of the procedure escapes me. Do you put the bolt back after the awning is rolled back up? Not sure....

Maybe this video will help, I think it's for use when you can't retract the awning with the motor
Hope that helps
