Electric stabiliing jacks not working

I have new 26rbss with elect jacks but, after installing the solar panel, they will not work. Where is the auto reset breaker that my paperwork talks about? What do i do? The fuses seem to be okay. Help.

Would have to assume(not good) you unhooked something when installing the solar panel.

they said they wired it direct to the battery. They also installed another battery as the rv came with one. said they didn't do anything with wiring other than wiring direct to battery. eek. said they checked fuses -- all good -- and checked with tester -- no power to the motors.

"They" evidently misspoke as they must have left a wire off for the jacks. Should be easy to find, just start with the wire from the motor and trace to the end. I would bet that it is close to batteries.

I would bet it's right under the left front by the battery.

One fine day after working just fine a few minutes before one of my jacks stopped working. Fuse was blown. On my RV the fuse for the stabilizer jack is in the fuse panel. I just replaced the fuse and was back in business.

As others have said it has to be a wire or despite what they said, it has to be a fuse.

OKay, the tester on the fuse panel showed all a go. Did not check further on fuses. Silly us. The fuses only light up to show they are burned out if you activate the respective mechanism. Oh my, all day trying to figure it out. Our thanks to Happy Camper RV for second guessing my tester.

So, just to clarify - it was a fuse and it is now working?
